Dr. Frank Yan
Allergist, Respiratory & Sleep Physician

Dr. Yan is the founder of PARSS and has dedicated his career to the management of complex allergy, respiratory, and sleep conditions. With over three decades of clinical experience, he has served the Kogarah area since 2003. Dr. Yan is also the Director of the Premier Lung Function Laboratory, where he applies his comprehensive expertise to address interconnected issues such as nasal allergies, snoring, and breathlessness. By integrating his knowledge across three specialties, he ensures his patients receive efficient and effective care. He is committed to a holistic approach to airway management, advocating for the concurrent treatment of both the upper and lower airways to achieve optimal outcomes.
In addition to his clinical work in his clinic, Dr. Yan holds a clinical appointment as Senior Staff Specialist at St. George Hospital, where he plays an active role in teaching medical students from the University of New South Wales allocated to the Department of Respiratory and Sleep Medicine and he is also involved in the physician training program at the hospital. Dr. Yan is the lead physician at the severe asthma clinic at St George Hospital. He is a full member of the Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy (ASCIA), further demonstrating his leadership in the field.

Dr. Johnny Siu
Respiratory & Sleep Physician

Dr Siu is a dual trained Respiratory & Sleep Physician with expertise in asthma, COPD, chronic cough, sleep apnoea, lung nodules, bronchoscopy, linear EBUS, and pleural effusions. Dr. Siu began his academic journey at Queen’s University, Canada, where he earned a medical science degree with a subspecialization in cardiorespiratory research. He then pursued his medical degree at the University of Sydney before undertaking extensive physician training at Royal North Shore Hospital. His specialist training in respiratory and sleep medicine spanned across Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital, St. George Hospital, and Prince of Wales Hospitals.
He is currently a staff specialist at St. George and Auburn Hospitals, where he provides comprehensive respiratory and sleep medicine care. Dr. Siu has a strong background in general medicine and actively practices at Auburn Hospital. Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Siu is an avid lecturer and holds academic positions at both the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and the University of Notre Dame Australia (UNDA), where he is actively involved in medical education and training. Dr Siu has theatre lists at St. George Hospital where he performs bronchoscopy and linear EBUS.
Dr. Titus Auyeung
Respiratory & Sleep Physician

Dr Auyeung is a dual trained Respiratory & Sleep who has expertise in allergic airways diseases (severe asthma), COPD, lung nodules, interventional pulmonology (bronchoscopy, linear endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), and complex pleural procedures), respiratory failure, and complex sleep disorders. He graduated from the University of Sydney and completed his physicians training at St. George and St. Vincent's Hospitals. He subspecialised in Respiratory Medicine at Concord and Sutherland Hospitals, followed by Sleep Medicine at St. George Hospital. He holds advanced qualifications including Masters of Medicine (Clinical Epidemiology), Graduate Certificate Allergic Diseases, and further postgraduate training in Clinical Ultrasound. He has a strong interest in research and evidence-based medicine, having presented at both international and national conferences and received multiple research awards.
Dr. Auyeung has clinical appointments as Staff Specialist at St. George Hospital and Consultant Respiratory & Sleep Physician at Concord Repatriation General Hospital. He has academic appointments at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and has been a Conjoint Associate Lecturer since 2017. Dr Auyeung has theatre lists at both St. George and Concord Hospital for Bronchoscopy, Linear EBUS-TBNA, and pleural procedures.
Dr. Auyeung is a current member of the Thoracic Society of Australia & New Zealand (TSANZ), European Respiratory Society (ERS), American Thoracic Society (ATS), and Australasian Sleep Association (ASA). He is also a member of the European Association of Allergy & Immunology (EAACI) and associate member of the Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy (ASCIA).
